By using this website or taking part in a programme run by RIGHT TO CARE LESOTHO PTY (Registration ID: 56049), you agree to the guidelines set out below. They exist to keep our work safe, respectful and honest for everyone involved.

The health content published here is general educational information for the communities we serve. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you or someone in your care has an urgent health concern, please contact a clinic, hospital or emergency service immediately rather than waiting for a response from us.

You may read, print and share our materials for personal, educational or community purposes, with attribution to the organisation.

You may not use this website to send unlawful, misleading, abusive or commercial solicitation content, to attempt unauthorised access, or to disrupt its operation.

Programme participation is voluntary and free of charge. We never request payment from beneficiaries in exchange for education, navigation support or supply aid.

Participants are asked to treat staff, volunteers and other participants with respect, and to respect the confidentiality of anything shared in group sessions.

We may decline or end participation where conduct places the safety of staff, volunteers or other participants at risk.

Volunteers act within the scope of the training and role given to them, and must not present themselves as licensed clinicians unless they hold that qualification.

Volunteers agree to keep patient and household information strictly confidential, both during and after their service with the organisation.

Volunteers must not solicit personal payments, gifts or business from beneficiaries.

Contributions and donated supplies are applied to our health programmes and the reasonable costs of delivering them. We keep transparent records of what is received and how it is used.

We will always confirm an official channel in writing before any contribution is made. Please verify any request against the contact details published on this website.

The organisation's name, logo and original written materials belong to the organisation. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We take care to keep information accurate and our activities safe, but we cannot accept liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of Lesotho.

We may update these terms as our programmes develop; the current version always appears on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho.
